Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates & delivery times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Belgium: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
All orders are shipped via Bpost. Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on local customs and postal services.
Customs & import duties
For orders shipped outside of Belgium, customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping cost.
Tracking
Tracking availability depends on the shipping option selected at checkout. If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email.
