Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- The item received is defective or damaged
- You have changed your mind about your purchase
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to request a return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the reason for your return. We will get back to you with instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned.
